Michael Lee’s House (4311 Old Hillsboro)
Built in 1913 by Bill Moss, the owner of hundreds of acres of farmland around Leiper’s Fork, this antique house and one acre lot in the heart of Leiper’s Fork were given to his daughter Mary Moss Dabney. As can be seen by the twin front doors, she used the house as a duplex while she lived there, residing in one half and renting the other half out. John Jones and his family lived here and acquired the house after Ms. Dabney died. They owned it until 1975, when it was sold to Roy and Marie Vest. Their son, Chris Vest, sold it to Mike “Goose” Davis who then sold it to the current owner, Michael Lee.
This wonderful 1,330 Sq. Ft. cottage is on a 1 acre lot in the heart of Lieper’s Fork. It is being sold “as is” with architectural plans for renovation or restoration. This property is zoned Commercial Crossroads.
