The Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County has an active contract to purchase the 70-year-old Franklin Theatre building at 419 Main Street with closing expected in late October 2007.
The Foundation has a one-year interest-free loan as a first step in rasing funds to own and renovate the old cinema into a muilti-use entertainment complex featuring movies, live music, special events, corporate events, religious services and more. Download the purchase news release
