Return Policy
You can return your unworn or defective product or merchandise within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Special event tickets cannot be returned.

The Heritage Foundation is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of our members and customers. We will never sell your name or email address to anyone.
 
Delivery Policy
An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. Orders are shipped from the Heritage Foundation within 2 full business days from time of order.

If you would like product and pricing information, the Heritage Foundation Team is available to assist you Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central time, at 615-591-8500.

U.S. Sales Only
The Heritage Foundation accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and most United States territories. No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside of the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
 
Proof of Purchase
The Heritage Foundation will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
